Meet Entry

There are two swim meet registration options.

Online Registration and Mail-In Registration

Online Registration

Most meets allow online registration which verifies your USMS membership and therefore you will not need to enclose a photocopy of your USMS membership card.  The online system will automatically limit your individual entries per the rules of the meet.

Mail-In Registration

If mailing in your registration, please use the SPMS Consolidated Entry Card. Also, please enclose a photocopy of your USMS membership card.  Observe the entry limits listed on the meet information page.   Do not enclose the meet information sheet found below.
